About Us
KTION was founded by Alexander Tzavidis, a civil engineer from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with the goal of providing construction and renovation services in Thessaloniki and Chalkidiki with technical excellence, organization, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Alexander holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where he ranked third in his graduating class, and a master's degree with a specialization in environmental engineering, from which he graduated first in his class.
During his studies, he researched the seismic retrofitting of existing structures, with a particular focus on the relationship between cost and performance. His research led to two scientific publications, one at a national conference and one in an international scientific journal. During his master's program, he continued his research, focusing on the cost of natural disasters to the built environment, and his research was also published in international journals and presented at conferences.
Dimitris Tzavidis, a Project Manager with many years of experience on major construction sites abroad—in the United Arab Emirates (Fujairah, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai), Qatar, Morocco, Cyprus, and Iraq, among others. His experience in organizing and executing large-scale projects abroad is applied to every project we undertake in Greece.
KTION combines the scientific background of a civil engineer with the practical experience gained from managing major construction sites abroad. We strive to provide technically sound solutions and highly organized construction processes. At the same time, we stand by our clients throughout the entire project, providing continuous updates and direct communication at every stage. However, our work does not end with the handover. We are by your side from the initial discussion through to the end of the project, and we remain close to you afterward as well, for whatever you may need.
Our Team
Our teams, spanning all specialties, were selected not only for their impeccable technical expertise but also for their teamwork, reliability, and respect for the client and the space in which we work.
